Why Do I need to be concerned about the environmental conditions?
What happens in a high heat and high humidity warehouse over time? why does this concern me? Poor corrugation board will absorb humidity. This causes the board to become weak and not hold a load (stack) in a warehouse over time. This creates an unsafe warehouse condition and can injure an employee if the load were to topple. |

Capabilities
We have four chambers for various pack sizes:
|
| |
One dedicated freezer
|
| |
Small chamber for packs
|
| |
Large, drive in chamber for larger packs and pallet load
|
| |
A drive in stack chamber for high heat applications
|
|
We use conditioning chambers as well as outside resources (for extremes) to help us determine the validity of a pack to withstand the environmental conditions imposed on it during shipment. - Environmental Equipment
Constant Heat
The heat is always on and stays at the setpoint.
Constant Humidity
From 5% to 95%+, depending upon the temperature. The humidity is a constant on and stays at a specific Setpoint, can be used in conjunction with heat.
Cold
Required for plastic liquid containers - UN Testing.
Ramp
Ramp the temperature from Setpoint 1 to Setpoint 2. Can be from hot to cold or cold to hot.
Cyclical
Cycle the temperature between setpoints.
